At the fall of 2022, Severne riders Lina Erpenstein and Felix Volkhardt hosted the first-ever “Rookie Revolution Camp” in collaboration with Prasonisi Center. Aimed at up-and-coming young rippers looking to go next level on their skills, and based in one of the best windsurfing spots in Europe, the first edition of the Rookie Revolution Camp was a success.

This Summer, Severne rider Lina Erpenstein hosted the first-ever Girls Camp at the Baltic Sea, hosted by Severne in collaboration with the Racer-of-the-Sea Organisation. The camp was supported by Severne and Starboard Germany and SOMWR.

The 2022 freestyle season has officially started. The Freestyle Pro Tour (FTP) just finalised its first event at Lake Neuseedl in Austria, and the Severne team occupied podium positions in both the women’s and men’s fleets.
After the return of Defi Wind Superstars in 2021, the full scale Defi Wind we all know is back, and will happen from May 26 to May 29. The Severne crew and the majority of the Severne team will be present throughout the whole event.
Severne is proud to support this year’s Margaret River Wave Classic and to see competition wave action return to “Margs” for yet another year.
The SEVERNE Margaret River Wave Classic 2022 will go ahead from February 4-7 as an IWT*** tour stop.
There will be a $5000,- prize pool split evenly between men and women.
OBX-WIND 2021 went off on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, (Cape Hatteras) USA. Windsurfers traveled from near and far for the famous OBX-WIND long distance race, the US Nationals for Freestyle and the US Nationals for Slalom

For the third year in a row, René Égli hosted the Severne test week. This year, participants had the chance to check out and test some of the latest Severne windsurf and windfoil gear in some of the best conditions in the world, as well as, spend time with the Severne team.

Engadinwind 2021 at lake Silvaplana, Switzerland was one to remember; multiple big events packed into one “Foil Mania” festival. This years’ was the birth place of the new Severne Predator foil freestyle board, and also where the first ever official iQFOiL world champions were crowned. But that’s not all. Balz Muller won the foil freestyle world championships, and Lennart Neubauer won the EFPT tow-in championship.
