LINA ERPENSTEIN
THE LOWDOWN
Born and raised in the middle of Germany, Lina started windsurfing in 2010 and could only windsurf in school holidays until finishing school in 2015. Afterwards, she started traveling and competing on the World Tour.
After passing two seasons in WA for her winter training Lina joined the Severne team in 2016. Since 2017 she has been studying Medicine at the University of Kiel, close to the Baltic Sea to combine her studies with windsurfing. With multiple World Cup podiums and a European and Youth World Title Lina has been quite successful during her competition career, while still aiming for the Women’s World title.
Next to competition, Lina has started a series of Girls Camps that address girls and women of all ages to come together and improve their windsurfing skills.
