Welcome to the Severne team

The Severne international team consists of some of the most talented and dedicated riders on the planet. Today, the whole Severne team welcomes new riders Mateus Isaac from Brazil, Sebastian Kördel from Germany and finally, Jaeger Stone to the full Severne team, riding both Severne sails and boards.

Jaeger Stone

As one of the few original Severne riders, Jaeger Stone goes full circle by joining the Severne brand for both sails and boards. Being located in Western Australia, Jaeger will join the Australian based design team and be involved in product development, competition and media projects.

Mateus Isaac

Announcing his first-ever sponsorship change, Brazilian Mateus Isaac joins the Severne team and will be focusing on the slalom and foil disciplines. Having already finished within top10 on the PWA world tour and won his first PWA foil event, Mateus will definitely be someone to keep an eye on over the next many years.

Sebastian Kördel

Having joined the Severne team in January, Sebastian has already got the first podium in the bag with a second place finish at the 2020 Azores Formula Foil European Championships which were held 1-6 of February 2021.

Plastic soup surfer completes London to Paris journey

Merijn Tijnga aka Plastic Soup Surfer kicked off his latest expedition on June 22nd, an 850 km windsurfing and SUP journey from London to Paris.

After completing his Oslo to London campaign in 2023, he was now headed to the French capital, were he arrived on July 11th, just weeks before the Olympics.
