PWA Slalom World's, Alacati, Turkey

After three days of racing, Antoine Albeau, Kevin Pritchard and Bjorn Dunkerbeck have solidified their lead in the men's fleet.

2006 event winner Finian Maynard is also determined to push himself further to the top, currently in 4th place after the 8th race.

In the woman’s category, Valerie Ghibaudo managed to overtake Karin Jaggi as she nailed the start line in the last two heats, with Verena Fauster is in 3rd place.

The conditions in Alacati have been consistent with an average of 20knots throughout the event. Most sailors were seen on their smallest registered sails. Even stronger winds are forecast for the coming days, sailors and organizers are all on fire.

Severne Team Rider Jesper Orth (AUS-10) and Pawel Hlavaty (POL-11) share their moments of glory as seen here at the gybe mark. Both of them are steadily moving up into the top third.
